Noise levels from the highway significantly disturbed my sleep!!! The need for better sound insulation and a thorough cleaning in common areas is evident!!! Finding the hotel is a hassle due to poor directional signage, making arrivals frustrating!!!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
During my stay, I was disturbed by noise from motorcycles and loud cars passing by. The air conditioning unit in my room was leaking, leaving the carpet soaked. Additionally, I found some areas in need of better cleaning, which was quite disappointing.

The highs and the lows
Every single staff member, especially Dee, provided exceptional service with genuine kindness, making for a delightful stay! The room was well-equipped for family needs, and breakfast had reasonable options.
Unfortunately, noise from the traffic disrupted my sleep and several areas in the common spaces could use more thorough cleaning.

The front desk staff, especially a gentleman named Dee, provided outstanding service, making my family feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and equipped with a fridge and microwave, enhancing our comfort. However, some noise from the nearby road did disrupt our sleep, and the breakfast could use more variety. Overall, it was a positive experience but with minor areas for improvement.

Family Friendly Experience
We had a clean room with a nice layout and comfortable air conditioning, made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were professional and courteous, and breakfast had a good selection of premade sandwiches that really hit the spot!
It definitely wasn't a bargain but acceptable for what we needed.

We had an awesome time with friends! The pool was refreshing after a day at the nearby Lubbock Water Rampage, and Joyland Amusement Park was a blast. The hotel was clean, and breakfast had good options. The team was super helpful, making our stay fun and relaxing.
However, I encountered some issues with the outlets by the bed being too loose, which made charging my phone a hassle.

I stayed for a short getaway to visit family in the area. The Queen Studio room I occupied was spacious and set me up nicely for our time together. The breakfast options offered enough to get the day started, though I wish it had a bit more variety. Emellie, the hostess, created a welcoming atmosphere that made my experience enjoyable.
